After starting up lamboot on two machines and staring up a program with
mpirun there is sometimes a delay (0-10 min) before the job starts to
execute. In the meantime the processes seems to be sleeping.

Does anyone have any idea why this is happening and if it can be fixed.
Currently running lamboot 7.0.3.
