who owns the list ;-), but we have an open position on the Open MPI
team. We have had difficulties soliciting qualified resumes using
"normal" advertising mechanisms when a LAM-related e-mail last week
reminded me that I have a captive, interested, and incredibly
well-educated and good-looking audience who might be interested in this
fact. I don't want this list to turn into an advertising media (hence,
my freely-admitted abuse of power), but I figured that everyone could
tolerate this because it would benefit both LAM/MPI and Open MPI.

The Open Systems Laboratory at Indiana University has an immediate
opening for a research position in high-performance parallel and
distributed computing.
Responsibilities: The successful applicant will be responsible for
leading both his/her research efforts and overseeing graduate student
research work within the context of currently funded projects.
Qualifications: PhD in Computer Science or a related field desired, MS
with 3-5 years relevant experience required, with an emphasis on one or
more of the following areas: parallel and distributed computing, fault
tolerance, high-performance computing applications, clustering,
operating systems.
