Is there a way to broadcast a message over multiple inter-communicators?

I am aware of how to broadcast to all processes within a single communicator
(MPI_Bcast) but the only way I can think of to send a message to processes in
DIFFERENT Inter-Communicators is to do sequentially walk through each
Communicator and do a Send. Is there a better way?
