I am running XMPI wiht Lam 7.0.6 an all is fine.
Question: What is currently a good library for performance evaluation
of MPI applications?
What is about Vampir, Paradyn, Aims, MPE, others? What would you
suggest to use in combination with LAM/MPI?

I think that the latest beta of XMPI should work with LAM 7.0.6.
