Well I resolved the issue:
I first let the code generate a script file containing the following:
source /etc/profile
lamboot /.../Hosts
and then, in the code again i would use:
system ("source /.../boot_file")
I am sure there is a cleaner way to do it, but @ least this worked for
now!
