This looks like an MPICH error. MPICH is an MPI implementation from
Argonne National Labs; this mailing list is for questions about the LAM
implementation of MPI from Indiana University. We can't really answer
MPICH questions here. You should probably direct your questions to the
MPICH maintainers.
