is there a reason I now have to add -L<path to PBS>/lib -lpbs onto the
link line for my apps? mpicc used to take care of this for me in 7.1a1,
but doesn't seem to do so any more...
it happens with both the default build and when using --enable-shared.
I'm building with:
configure --enable-shared --with-tm=/opt/pbs --with-fc=ifort --with-boot=tm --with-rpi=usysv
configure and make log (driven from a spec file) is here:

we are using torque-1.0.1p5-2 and the libs in /opt/pbs/lib are
libattr.a libcmds.a liblog.a libnet.a libpbs.a libsite.a pbs_sched.a
