We actually got a correction from Mellanox on this -- forget what I
said about shared completion queues. :-)
My statement about our tests with Mellanox VAPI 3.2 are still correct,
though: that's where we did the vast majority of our testing and
development. YMMV with other stacks.
We did find one little buglet during the IB setup in MPI_INIT that
would cause some failures (or hanging) on other IB stacks, and we've
rolled a 7.1.1b2 tarball with this fix. This fix should hypothetically
enable LAM to work on other IB stacks, too.
