Cygwin automatically picks up whatever is specified as the PATH variable
in the windows environment. But you dont have to go through that to
enable your binaries. All you need to do is to add it to the right .*rc
file. Like I have all my path things set up in my ~/.cshrc since I use
tcsh and life should be good. Let me know if this works for you
