I can build and run LAM 7.1bXX on Cygwin 1.5.11.1, but I can't run on more
than one node. This seems to be owing to problems with rsh that occur when
I use lamboot; Cygwin appears to use Microsoft's rsh, and Microsoft's rsh
needs rshsvc.exe, which is available from the Microsoft Windows 2000 Server
Resource Kit. Do I need to install the entire resource kit, or would just
copying a few files from the resource kit CD be sufficient?
