Dear members
I try to install LAM-MPI 7.0.6 on a AIX 5.2 Plattform. "./configure"
finishes uncomplete with the error message:
configure: WARNING: *** Your C++ compiler does not support the
bool data type.
configure: WARNING: *** LAM requires a C++ compiler with
support for the bool
configure: WARNING: *** data type.
configure: error: cannot continue
I tried with 2 compilers, original IBM C Compiler version 6, and Gnu
"gcc" Compiler (2.9), both generate this error, what can I do ?
PS: An older version of LAM (6.5.9) didn't produce this error.
