The whole rsh/rshd handling is normally internal to SGE, which comes
with its own rsh/rshd binaries. rshd is started by the SGE daemons
whenever it is expected that a rsh should connect to it, which is
normally the case for a qrsh invocation. Due to this handling, any
system settings (like hosts.allow, hosts.equiv, etc) are ignored and
SGE logs should be searched for the cause. That's why I suggested the
SGE mailing lists...
