I can confirm the .../examples/fault test provided with LAM-7.0.4 is NOT
fault tolerant. It does not behave as advertised.

As the previous user indicates the process hangs when two or more slaves
are killed.

At this time LAM 7.0.4 seems to be fairly fault intolerant.
