Wow, that's really weird. :-)
Looking at the code, I can't see an obvious reason for why this would
happen; how did you install LAM? RPM? Compile from source? If you
compiled it from source, did you configure/compile it multiple times,
or apply any patches, or do anything other than "./configure ...; make
all install", or perhaps play with different versions of LAM before
settling on 7.0.4?
