A bit tricky but it worked for me, the following in just one line, perhaps
only the LDFLAGS variable is enough.
F77='g77 -pthread' CC='gcc -pthread' LDFLAGS=-lpthread CXX='g++ -pthread'
rpm --rebuild lam-7.0.6-1.src.rpm
