Hi,
The next release (LAM 7.1) will work on cygwin. The other thing you could
do is you are in a hurry is to grab a copy of the latest svn snapshot and
use that instead. If you want a MPI which runs on windows natively, there
are some which do. Please visit the following web-page to know more about
other implementations.
