Hi,
It is very difficult to specify one particular benchmark for your cluster.
There are many benchmarks which are used to measure HPC's (High
performance clusters). These include some which are memory subsystem
specific, interconnect specific or other subsystem specific ones. There
are other benchmarks which test the HPC as a whole from an application
perspective. There are many popular ones which you might want to look up
on. Of the top of my head, I would suggest you look up Linpack, NPB
(Numerical Aerodynamic simulation Parallel benchmarks), HINT (Hierarchical
INTegration benchmarks, Perf and IOZone.
