Hi,

We packaged LAM 7.0.6 with previous versions of Automake(1.8) and
libtool(1.5). This did cause some problems with icc and pgcc, some of
which have been fixed with latest versions. This might be a wild guess,
but it might be worth trying out with the latest tar ball that Jeff put
out. This uses the latest Autoxxx things.
