That file is part of the LAM distribution tarball. If you can't find it,
then you either got a corrupted tarball (compare the md5sum to what is
listed on the download page), it didn't expand properly, your
configuration failed somehow, or something else is wrong with your build.

It's impossible to tell without more information.

I'd suggest deleting your LAM download, the expanded directory, and
re-download the tarball and try installing again. If the problem
persists, see the LAM "getting help" page:
