One can control the nodes on which the spawned processes are launched by
specifying the right MPI_Info keys (please see the man page for
MPI_Comm_spawn). By default, we distribute the processes by round robin
scheduling over the LAM universe (All the nodes on which you lambooted
together form the LAM universe).
