(I should prefix this with the fact that I have never run LAM under LSF.)
Provided you can get access to the node list that LSF assigns to your job and
LSF doesn't spawn some other environment, it should work fine. You need to
get a node list from LSF, presumably through some environment variable/temp
file. Build your bhost file from that in a shell script before calling
lamboot-mpirun-lamhalt.
