Not at all. You have to have a system that doesn't have snprintf, and
that's probably rare these days.
My search was not exhaustive. I only looked for causes of build
failures. With my limited build, I guessed I could easily miss a bunch,
so here are some more I tracked down. They didn't cause my particular
build to fail, and I have no idea how they fit into other builds. Also,
they may indirectly include etc_misc.h through other headers. But you
may want to add the missing header anyway:
romio/test/noncontig_coll2.c
share/etc/lam_gethostby.c
