Mmm... SIGINT really shouldn't be there, as MPIL_Signal can only send
lam-defined signals, not the general Unix signals. Nor am I sure why
SIGC and SIGARECV aren't listed. I have fixed the man page on the svn
trunk, so it will be fixed in the upcoming 7.1 release.
