Just out of curiosity, when did the default directory for the
installation of LAM change?
I recently changed operating systems and subsequently had to re-install
the LAM software. When I initially installed version 7.0.4 (before
changing the OS), the default directory was /usr/local/lam-mpi. But
when I installed 7.0.6 on a new system, it installed all the binaries to
/usr/local/bin and did not even create a /usr/local/lam-mpi directory.
Is this the desired behavior?
