Pushkar,

You don't need the tm headers/libraries for LAM within the PBS environment.
In fact, there are known problems with job termination when trying to
use that configuration. Just compile for normal use and then in your PBS
runscript, do the following:

  lamboot -v $PBS_NODEFILE
  mpirun -np <number_of_processors> -O /path/to/your/executable
  lamhalt
