I actually replied to your post on the OSCAR list before I replied here;
I'd cite the URL but it appears that SourceForge is quite slow in updating
its web archives (last update of the web archives of the oscar-users list
appears to be on April 2nd).

There is no separate version of LAM/MPI -- the source distribution
contains all the necessary code. If you installed BLCR in a non-standard
location, you may need to supply configure flags specifying where its
libraries and header files can be found. Check the LAM/MPI installation
guide for more details.
