We usually do not recommend having different LAM versions for the same run
-- that is, mixing of LAM versions for a job is not good. So it is highly
recommended that you use the same version of LAM on all the nodes you wish
to have LAM working. It is also recommended that you build your executable
with 'mpicc' of the same LAM version (for a static build).
