Yeah, this is my fault. When I made the 6.5.9 package, I called the
package LAM-MPI. When I made the 7.0.x packages (and all future
packages), I called it lam-mpi. This apparently confuses Installer.app
for very dumb case sensitivity reasons. And it only seems to happen on
some machines (*sigh*).
Anyway, at this point, the simplest thing to do is:
rm -rf /Library/Receipts/lam-mpi.pkg
rm -rf /Library/Receipts/LAM-MPI.pkg
and try installing again.
Let me know if this doesn't work.
