First of all, LAM-MPI has to be compiled with TM support. './configure
--help' will show you how to specify the PBS-related locations. Then
either 'lamboot' alone or 'lamboot -ssi boot tm' will start lamd on
all nodes allocated by PBS to the job.

This file is not from LAM-MPI. It might be something related to the
specific application you are trying to run. If this file is supposed
to describe the MPI topology, you can probably create it from the PBS
nodefile or from the output of 'lamnodes'.
