The lam_ksignal.h header file is only installed if LAM was configured
with the --with-trillium option. We found that for the most part,
users did not use the MPIL_* functions and were confused by all the
header files, so they are not installed by default.

By the way, it is quite likely that the MPIL_ functions will be removed
in a future release of LAM, so it may be a good idea to design your
application without these functions (if that is possible).
