Hi,
The error message suggests that you are trying to read from a file after
all the data in it has exhausted. And this I guess is happening before
one of the processes gets a chance to call MPI_INIT(). As a result mpirun
is throwing up the error.
You might want to check into the file reading code about what is
happening.
Also, you might want to check where you are calling MPI_INIT().
We generally recommend LAM/MPI users to try and place MPI_INIT()
call as close to the start of the program execution as possible.
