'lamclean' stops all tasks running in the current LAM universe. This
would be enough if you start only one job per LAM universe; you can have
several LAM universes started on the same node if you set
LAM_MPI_SESSION_SUFFIX.
Another solution is to just kill one of the processes that are part of the
parallel job, usually not the first one (rank 0). LAM should detect that a
process doesn't exist anymore and should terminate the whole job.
