The better question is, What do you plan to use your cluster for? Suse
is designed to be an enterprise distro so most of its cluster options
involve availability, not computer clusters. If you want your distro
custom compiled so it performs best on your hardware, try Gentoo.
Beowulf type clusters make management from the command line easy.
(unified process space, etc.) The lab I work at uses Rocks which is a
reasonably good cluster with nice monitoring features. (uses ganglia by
default)
