LAM will work fine any way you do this (a-c are fine for LAM) -- it's
really more of a question of how you want to maintain your cluster.
Remember that LAM/MPI is really just a user application, so LAM doesn't
care how the operating system was installed or loaded.

You might want to look around on the OSCAR web site or on beowulf.org for
solutions on how to install and maintain a cluster.
