Is there any chance that you can upgrade to the 7.x series? We're really
not supporting the 6.5 or 6.3 series anymore; it would be much easier for
us to answer your questions about 7.x issues.

That being said, AFAIK, both 6.3 and 6.5 should work just fine on 64 bit
machines. Just be absolutely 100% sure that you are not mixing versions
between the machines (e.g., ensure that your "dot" files don't pick up 6.3
on one machine and 6.5 on another machine, or something along those
lines).
