Not quite sure what you mean -- isn't the source tarball enough for such
purposes?

We are somewhat averse to distributing earlier versions of LAM/MPI, as
they all have known problems, less features, etc. Also, while it's
possible to mix different OS's/distro's within a single LAM universe, it
is *not* possible to mix different LAM versions within a single LAM
universe. They all must be 7.0.3 (for example).

So I'm guessing you just want the 7.0.3 source tarball and build from
scratch (it's easy -- see the LAM/MPI Installation Guide
(http://www.lam-mpi.org/using/docs/).
