Because i know little about unix, so it is hard for me to understand these errors. I check that there are two makefile files in the directory of GROMACS-3.1,which are Makefile.am and Makefile.in. Makefile.in is the outcome of Makefile.am. Things i want to change are in the Makefile.am or Makefile.in? I find that in the Makefile.in, there is content as follows:
CC = @CC@
CPP = @CPP@
CXX = @CXX@
CXXCPP = @CXXCPP@
F77 = @F77@
MPICC = @MPICC@
Are these things i should change? Maybe i am asking some stupid problems. But i really need your help. Thanks.
