Hi Folks,
Our software build works fine under the current configuration: MPI LAM
v6.3 on Solaris 2.7 with MPI v1.8 on HP/UX 11i. We will be moving to
Solaris 2.8 machines with HP/UX 11i very soon. I read on the MPI LAM
website that MPI LAM v7.0 was compatible with Solaris 2.8. We tried
linking and running our software build on Solaris 2.8 with MPI LAM v7.0 and
found that the symbol sets between MPI LAM v7.0 and HP's MPI v1.8 are not
the same. So we decided to revert back to using MPI LAM v6.3 on Solaris
2.8. No results yet.
My question: Is there a version of MPI LAM that runs on Solaris 2.8 and is
compatible with the symbol set of MPI v1.8 on HP/UX11i?
