This is a bug in LAM - HP-UX is one of the few systems that do not
provide sys/select.h. We don't have any HP-UX machines, so we
generally can't test LAM before a release. Anyway, in the 7.0.3 bug
fix release (coming any day now), we cleaned up the sys/select.h code
so this problem should go away.
