Hi. I'm trying to compile v. 7.0.2 on HP-UX 11.11.

The compilation fails when it tries to find an
include file that does not exist on my HP-UX systems:
sys/select.h.

Is there a way to get this file for HP-UX 11.11 or
a way to modify the lam-mpi code so as not to stumble over
this problem (but still be functional)?
