I'm trying to build LAM/MPI to work with PBS. The tm module won't
build. When I try "./configure --with-boot=tm" I get:

configure: error: *** Cannot find working tm.h.
configure: /bin/sh './configure' *failed* for share/ssi/boot/tm

configure: WARNING: This module was selected as the default
configure: error: Cannot continue
Do I need to install something else which provides tm.h?
