Hi,
I do not have an example but I have some experience with LAM/BLACS/SCALAPACK.
LAM requires you to apply the mpiblacs-patch03.tgz after unpacking
mpiblacs.tgz, both available on www.netlib.org/blacs.
So if you have any problems running such a program the first thing to check is
wether BLACS has beed build correctly with
TRANSCOMM = -DUseMpi2
The INTFACE setting depends on your fortran compiler. g77 takes -DF77isF2C or
somewhat and ifc needs -DAdd_ .
