More Opteron problems. LAM 7.0.2 builds fine, and the lamd and tcp tests
all pass, but the tests all hang with sysv/usysv on our dual Opteron. This
is the same machine which is giving me problems with the Intel compilers.
FYI, the tests all pass with the GNU compilers.
