Hello all

I'm sorry if I'm sending too many emails... but, Jeff and Brian, I think
this would be a little of interest for you

In the file mpirun/totalview.c i switched the #include clauses for
<sys/types.h> and <sys/socket.h> and everything was fixed. Maybe in a
cut/paste error someone put types under socket, and it should be over
it, at least for FreeBSD systems.

...but you all already knew all this
