Exactly correct -- you *must* have the same version of LAM/MPI on all
nodes. This may or may not be your only problem, but it is definitely a
problem that will cause LAM/MPI to not work. See the LAM/MPI FAQ for more
info: "Typical Setup of LAM/MPI", the question "Do I have to use the same
version of LAM/MPI everywhere?"
Additionally, it sounds like you may need to tweak your "dot" files to set
the path properly. See the FAQ section "Booting LAM" for more details on
this.
