The following rule shall be applied to all future LAM/MPI releases:

- Never release software while Notre Dame is losing a football game.

You're absolutely right -- due to a minor fault in the release script, the
gm RPI module got left out of 7.0.1. Sorry about that -- thanks for
catching it!

I've made 7.0.2 (which definitely includes the gm RPI module) and put it
on the web site.

I've also fixed the doc links -- forgot to update those when I put the new
files out there last night. Thanks!
