From the output of config.log, it looks like the problem was the lack
of a fortran compiler. Can you make sure that you have a 'f77'
installed on your machine? If not, you will need to install the RPMs
for that package.
It also means we probably have some missing dependencies in our RPM,
something we will look at for the upcoming 7.0.1 release.
