No, this is generally not a problem as long as machines don't change IP
addresses during the running of an MPI job.
More specifically: if you lamboot LAM across a set of nodes, if any of
those nodes change IP address while LAM is still booted, you'll likely
have problems.
If you can guarantee that either the DHCP leases will be long/infinite, or
that your DHCP server will always re-issue the same IP address upon lease
renewal, it should be fine.
