I've been trying to build the lam src rpm and noticed the following
problems with the default spec file:

- There is something in the changelog notes that's preventing the rpm
building on RH9 (some macro reference or something).
- The BuildRequires: gcc-g77 is missing (there are probably more to go
in here).
- has the way ssh/rsh work in 7.0 changed? The RH packaged lam-mpi makes
ssh the default instead of rsh.
