Hi,
I tried to use MPI-IO. The code is a very short
Text book example (attached). When calling MPI_FILE_WRITE(),
The system errors out by saying:
"File locking failed in ADIOI_Set_lock. If the
File system is NFS, you need to use NFS version 3
And mount the directory with the 'noac' option
(no attribute caching)."
I checked with our system admin, and she said
The disk is already mounted that way.
Is there other reason for this failure? Any
Suggestions?
